If you are just coming here for the first time, that means you got a letter from us and we are so thankful for your interest in, and care for, our family. Thank you, thank you. {And if you didn’t get a letter and are just stopping by, you are just as welcome!}

As a board of Giving Anonymously (GA), we decided that as Executive Directors we would not take a salary from GA but that we would instead raise our own outside income to meet our family’s needs.

We felt our motivation for encouraging others to give through GA, if we were salaried, would not be honouring to the sacrifices many people make to give through our website to their friends and family.

So we are asking private investors – friends, family members and you – to consider investing in us financially. Right now 100% of every gift that goes through GA is given directly to the designated recipient. We like it that way.

If you want to give to us  –  to allow us as a family to continue to give 100% of Lionel’s work hours to facilitating that giving to others  –  you can click on the widget below.

Specifically we are looking to raise monthly regular investors for us as a family and consistent prayer support. We will be posting our prayer needs twice a week here on this blog and if you haven’t “liked” our page, please do – that is where our most regular updates will be!

Thank you for your investment in us. We really are so very thankful.

Give with Giving Anonymously

If you prefer to receive a tax receipt here in the US, our church is managing gifts sent to us as well. You can give through them via check or bill pay (designate your gift to Lionel and Misha Thompson) and send it to Mosaic Church, PO Box 5505, Bellingham, WA 98227. Tel: 360.201.6592

Or you can give a tax-deductable gift through Mosaic online by credit card  at
